Investments in these types of loans creates additional diversification and larger loan amounts. When selecting a ground up development our goal is to focus on high-growth areas that can be developed quickly and then promptly divested. Most of our projects will be small in-fill developments that are normally pre-sold to an investment partner, larger developer or builder.

From time to time the company may engage in purchasing single multi-family properties for the purpose of rehabilitating and immediately divesting for a profit. All properties purchased will go through a stringent due diligence process to make sure they meet our suitability standards.
