Our investment process is simple as we do not encumber the fund by investing in complicated or risky investment vehicles. We deal specifically in hard real estate and related real estate activities which meet the company’s suitability standards. We tailor our investment process to each unique opportunity. When an investment is identified our team provides in depth research and due diligence in order to create a model for our Advisory Board. Once our investment committee reviews and approves the investment we then move forward with closing and funding the transaction. Once your subscription agreement is completed your funds are escrowed by our holding bank. Investor funds can be used to fund a specific real estate deal or pooled to fund a larger investment.
